Color by the Bay

Built from stock plans from a local architect, MDG worked with the client to customize the spaces throughout the home to make it a one-of-a-kind design.

Our client was on a fast-track building cycle: ten months from tear down to delivery on July 4^th.  The MDG team was on board from the beginning walking the client through all the fast-paced selections, including kitchens and bathrooms, that had to be properly completed and documented for the builder, D.L. Miner, to be able to price for approval.  After several months of finalizing all the specification selections throughout the home, MDG began bringing the entire space together with all the fun stuff!

This six bedroom home was whimsically decorated from top to bottom with pops of fun summer colors.  The client envisioned a home that was a relaxing get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.  Built for a large family, MDG focused on durable fabrics and finishes that would stand the test of summer fun!

MDG facilitated the fast-paced move-in for the client, including managing a turn-key experience handed to the client on July 3^rd.
