Spinnaker- South Tower Lobby Renovation

MDG is currently in the conceptual planning process of the Spinnaker Condominiums South Tower Lobbies. Like most work within a Home Owner’s Association model, the process is elongated due to many parameters including budget, board members, schedules, & home owners. MDG has presented the Association with these conceptual ideas for space planning and furnishings of this underused lobby (before images included) and is awaiting the approval of the specification & detailing of this space to begin.
