Spinnaker- South Tower Lobby Renovation

I am currently in the conceptual planning phase for the South Tower lobbies at Spinnaker Condominiums. Like many projects within a homeowners association environment, the process requires careful coordination and consideration of multiple factors, including budget, board approvals, schedules, and homeowner feedback.

For this project, I developed conceptual space plans and furnishing layouts designed to maximize the potential of this underutilized lobby space. The concepts presented are intended to create a more welcoming, functional, and visually appealing arrival experience for residents and guests.

The renderings featured in this portfolio showcase different material applications and design directions that were presented for consideration as part of the planning process. Approval of the final specifications and detailing is required before the project can move forward into the next phase.
