Borrough’s Mill

This active rental community needed a facelift. The existing spaces were tired and the mish-mosh of furniture and paint colors was made even worse by the LED lights that were newly installed. Our clients wanted to appeal to a wide variety of renters, but the aesthetic failed to attract younger millennials that were looking for an elevated design experience and amenities. MDG concentrated on creating a high-impact update by painting all the trim dark and adding wall covering details throughout the spaces. The addition of new furnishings with an eye toward the industrial creates a hip vibe sure to make the target market feel more at home.
